1. Eligibility for Refunds

1. Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
    • I. The service was not delivered as promised
    • II. There is a proven technical error or failure on our part
    • III. Duplicate payments made due to a processing error
2. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Non-Refundable

  1. Services that have been fully rendered or consumed are non-refundable.
  2. Customized services, consultancy, or project-based work once started are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

  1. Service cancellations can be requested before the service begins or is scheduled to start.
  2. Once service execution has started, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Refund Process

  1. Refund will be credited in 5-7 business days to the original bank account
