The challenge:

Our partner, Divya Bhaskar, in collaboration with Ahmedabad Builders Association organized a property expo titled: Mega Property Expo.

The plan was to showcase the most premium and sought after projects in Ahmedabad at a single place, where the potential customers could compare and discuss their future homes.

The objective:

EterPride was tasked with branding and marketing of the entire event. Our marketing strategy involved advertising on digital, print and even radio.

Specifically for the venue, we created more than 200 creatives to be able to create a buzz about the event. More than 10 print ads combined with 18+ outdoor promotions, our objective was aimed at selling the idea of the event to the target audience, who were looking to buy a home or were at least dangling on about the idea.

The theme:

Through careful planning, we established our motif to be, ‘Key to happiness’. Since deciding the theme, we planned our advertisements around the idea of selling the metaphorical key, instead of shoving the idea of ‘buying a home’ directly into the potential home-owners.

Work done:

200+ creatives, 10+ print ads, 18+ outdoor promotions were created in order to ingrain the idea of the property expo amongst the audience. We ran the ads for Divya Bhaskar a week prior to when the event was conducted.
